Using the M.O.R.E approach

Mindset - Step back from the situation and shift your perspective. You’ve got a lot to be appreciative of, remind yourself of that. Clear the slate.

Organise - Layout the most improtant things that you need to get done. Then put them into a prioritised step-by-step order so you’re clear on what you need to do

Recommit - Zoom back out for a moment and remember WHY you’re doing all this in the first place. See your vision and allow yourself to be inspired.

Execute - Now that your head is clear, you know what to do and you have motivated yourself. It’s time to get to work. Start on your #1 priority immediatelyl should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
